This meeting at the university language center involves nine speakers who work at different language schools in Europe and are involved in a joint program dealing with the teaching of languages in relation to food. They meet in order to discuss the success of, and problems encountered with, their individual projects. At the beginning S1 finishes a presentation of the project she organized, which took place the night before. S1 functions as the chair of the meeting, but S2, who takes notes during the meeting and is the administrative advisor of the project, is fairly prominent, too. A large part of the conversation takes place among S1, S2, S3 and S4. The meeting ends by the speakers forming two groups to discuss details.
