This conversation takes place between three women (S2, S3, S4) during the coffee break of a business meeting. S6 is the researcher and does not participate in the conversation as such. The speakers talk about what it is like to be a successful woman in the business world and share their views and experiences. Then they talk about the university education of S2's son. Towards the end of the conversation, the other employees who participate in the meeting return to the conference room, which marks the end of the break and of their conversation.
