"This working group discussion involves representatives from several European universities. The discussion happens during a longer workshop which focuses on creating joint degrees and establishing cooperation among universities in Europe. S1 is the chairperson, but has only been asked to chair the discussion a couple of minutes before. Initially, S1 and the participants are not sure which issues they should address in their discussion. After a few minutes, S6, who is a high official of [org1] but does not participate in this working group, enters the room. S1 asks him about the particular task of their working group. S6 explains that he wants them to determine the temporal sequence of previously collected questions, then he leaves the group again. S1 organizes the group, asks S7 to take notes and act as rapporteur. The group starts discussing the order of the questions in a joint document. The speakers also mention and elaborate on many related issues."@en .
