This working group discussion among delegates from national and international youth associations deals with youth participation and the role of NGO's in this respect. The discussion takes place in a room where there are two other working groups, hence there is a high level of background noise. While there is no formally appointed chair, it is S3 who appears to be leading this discussion; S8 is the rapporteur and takes notes. S1 and S2 are the organizers of these discussions and join from time to time to give instructions.
