"This panel discussion is part of an academic economics conference on connecting corporate and academic Europe, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. It is the second in a row of three panels which take place under the heading "I've got ninety thousand pounds in my pyjamas.... How well have financial markets developed?". This title is alluded to right at the beginning of the speech event by S1, who is chairing the discussion. In the first part of the panel, three speakers (S2, S3, S5) give short, unscripted presentations supported by powerpoint slides. The third of these presentations is not transcribed in its entirety since it exceeds ten minutes, i.e. the maximum number of minutes for monologic presentations transcribed for VOICE. In the second part of the panel, people from the audience ask questions which are answered by the panellists. There about 40 people present in total."@en .
