"This is a workshop discussion among 12 representatives of various European youth organizations on the topic of youth employment, social inclusion and the precarious job situation. This speech event is the first of two workshop discussions on this topic on the same day. S1 is the chair but often seems to be more preoccupied with taking notes on the whiteboard than on chairing the discussion. S2 takes notes for the whole group on a laptop as she is the rapporteur who will report the outcomes of the group discussion to the other groups at the end of the day.
