"This is a meeting of professionals involved in higher education and quality assurance in Europe. The participants stick to a fixed agenda while discussing the topics. S2, the chairman, clearly leads the discussion. He wants exact outcomes. At the beginning of the meeting, the speakers try to find a date for another meeting which they can all make. Then they go on to discuss other items on the agenda, for example how many members should constitute a particular committee they are setting up. They also discuss some particular wordings in a draft document they have written. The participants are well acquainted. There is a friendly and open working atmosphere throughout the whole meeting.
