"This is a meeting of professionals involved in European higher education and quality assurance. The participants follow a previously fixed agenda. S1, the chairman, clearly leads the discussion, also towards exact outcomes. S4 takes the minutes of the meeting, which is mostly concerned with formulating a mission statement and clarifying definitions and order of points in a manual. All participants are well acquainted. S5, who is actually not part of the working group but also professionally involved in the subject matter, joins the meeting to give her opinion and to offer advice. There is a friendly and open working atmosphere throughout the whole discussion."@en .
