The participants S1, S2, S3, S4, and S5 follow a previously fixed agenda for the whole day. S1, the chairman, clearly leads the discussion, also towards exact outcomes. S4 takes the minutes of the meeting. In this meeting, the speakers discuss how different organizations involved in quality assurance work together, but also how they compete with each other and occupy different positions. Additionally, they discuss membership criteria and the possibility of having a mission statement. All participants are well acquainted. There is a friendly and open working atmosphere throughout the whole discussion. S6 is the researcher and does not participate in the discussion. S7 is not present during the meeting, but only enters the room briefly after approximately 50 minutes to tell S1 that someone has arrived in their office. At this, S1 leaves the room briefly, but returns again after two minutes. During S1's absence, the other speakers continue discussing the topic.
